This product really seems to work best when they daily with Rogaine foam (2x), combined with saw palmetto, linseed oil, and biotin. Have you started for about 5 months now, and find a real difference. Also seems to get rid of a few gray hairs that I had, but not sure if this product had nothing to do with it. Recommended in combination with a few other things every day, and you will see a degree of regrowth, and healthier hair.
